So, it doesn't taste awesome, but I've come to want it every morning, it is so effective! Just read the label- there are nutrients I was getting through processed pill form with questionable results. I have allergies and asthma, I'm usually feeling sub-par late fall- early winter. I've been using this daily for a month, I feel great! I can breathe! I'm less snotty, but unlike decongestants, it doesn't dry my mucus membranes out (no nosebleeds! no scratchy throat! no chapped lips!).
