I was always creating healthy, nutritious recipes and everyone was asking for the recipes, so I decided a blog would be the easiest means to share my recipes and my nutritional content. As a nutritionist, I love to share the importance of nutrition with others and to help inspire others to live an active, healthy and whole lifestyle. As a run coach and trainer, I value physical health as well, and wanted to inspire others to live their healthiest life.
If you could have one superpower what would it be and why?
My one superpower would be the ability to be in more than one place at once. As a mother, this would be amazing when running errands and doing chores. I wouldn't have to lug around the kids or leave them when I work, because I could be with them, while being at the grocery store or while being in the kitchen cooking.
Describe your life philosophy in 28 words or less.
We need a whole body approach for complete health. Feeding the body, mind & spirit. Nourishing the inside, while strengthening the outside.
What do you like to do for fun?
I love to run, bake and create recipes, and I enjoy the outdoors with my family hiking and exploring. When I have time, enjoying a good book is always welcomed.
