What Inspired you to be a blogger?

Struggling with multiple food allergies/food sensitivities and wanting to eat healthy and be a vegan (but LOVING all the food). Recreating my favorite dishes to be healthy, allergy-friendly, vegan and delicious is a challenge and I wanted to share my successful recipes with others that are similar to me.

If you could have one superpower what would it be and why?

Unlimited energy so I could do more each day!

Describe your life philosophy in 28 words or less.

What you put in your body affects you and what you do with your body affects you. Health is everything and it is worth putting in the time and energy to live healthier. I believe small steps add up and you can live healthier one recipe and one workout at a time.

What do you like to do for fun?

Play with my family, hot yoga, run outside around the harbor, cook healthy meals/entertain friends and family.
