    Do you sell vegan products?

    Barlean’s has many different vegan options that are perfect for those on a vegan diet. Our award-winning flax oil is vegan as well as a number of our Seriously Delicious products, milled flax seeds and other select vegan oils. We also now make Omega-3 supplements with algae oil, a vegan source of EPA/DHA. Note: Our softgels are made from bovine and are not vegan.

    Are your products Organic?

    For all Barlean's products, we partner with
    no-spray farmers who grow without synthetic herbicides or pesticides, and many are USDA-certified organic. It's best to check the individual product label or
    page to confirm organic status for the item you're interested in.

    Are your products non-GMO?

    The majority of our products are naturally non-GMO. Many have been verified by the Non-GMO Project. Their logo can be found on the labels of the products that have been verified through their organization. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

    What allergens are present in Barlean's products?

    We use FDA-compliant allergen labeling and are a dairy-free facility. We always recommend you speak to your health care provider if you have a known allergen to make sure a product is right for you.

    Do your products need to be refrigerated before opening?

    All Barlean’s products are induction sealed so no oxygenation can occur. Therefore, they are shelf stable until opened as long as the product doesn’t sit in high heat for a prolonged period of time. You should, however, refrigerate our liquid supplements after opening.
