    Do you sell vegan products?

    Barlean’s has many different vegan options that are perfect for those on a vegan diet. Our award-winning flax oil is vegan as well as a number of our Seriously Delicious products, milled flax seeds and other select vegan oils. We also now make Omega-3 supplements with algae oil, a vegan source of EPA/DHA. Note: Our softgels are made from bovine and are not vegan.

    Are your products Organic?

    A number of Barlean's products are organic and we provide the USDA Certified Organic symbol on the label of those products. All products are herbicide and pesticide free and manufactured without using solvents.

    Are your products non-GMO?

    The majority of our products are naturally non-GMO. Many have been verified by the Non-GMO Project. Their logo can be found on the labels of the products that have been verified through their organization. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

    Where are your ingredients sourced from?

    All Barlean’s products are made with the highest quality ingredients; we use American-grown flaxseed and we get our fish sustainably off the coast of South America and the coast of Alaska.

    What allergens are present in Barlean's products?

    We use FDA-compliant allergen labeling and are a dairy-free facility. We always recommend you speak to your health care provider if you have a known allergen to make sure a product is right for you.

    Do your products need to be refrigerated before opening?

    All Barlean’s products are induction sealed so no oxygenation can occur. Therefore, they are shelf stable until opened as long as the product doesn’t sit in high heat for a prolonged period of time. You should, however, refrigerate our liquid supplements after opening.

    Something went wrong

    This is a product we have on autoship but for some reason, this bottle (along with the one I personally use) is discolored a bit. It tastes fine , but it’s so thick that it doesn’t easily squeeze out of the bottle. The same for mine. Kinda frustrating but if I let it sit on the counter it becomes a bit easier to dispense. Otherwise it’s a great product.

    Delicious Omegas!

    Lipsmackin' Citrus High Potency Fish Oil is so delicious! It tastes like an orangesicle. My kids love the taste! There is absolutely no fishy taste to it and zero fish burps! I decided to try Barlean's after a pediatric doctor on TikTok recommended it as a supplement she gives her own kids. My kids and I both are struggling with focus and I've read that consuming omega 3 can help with that. We've only been taking it for a few weeks and I'm not sure I can tell a difference in our ability to focus quite yet. I know it tastes good and since our diet isn't as balanced as it should be, Barlean's helps us consume the omega 3's our bodies need! I also plan on trying other flavors in the future.
