I've struggled with low vitamin D levels for the past seven years, consistent levels between 20 and 25. Despite trying various vitamin D pills and liquid drops, none of them improved my levels. My hair began to fall out due to the deficiency, and I was considering vitamin D shots as a last resort. In May 2024, I started taking Barlean’s Vitamin D3 when my levels were at 25. After recent bloodwork on September 12, 2024, my levels have risen to 50! This supplement has been transformative, and it tastes great too. Now, if only Barlean’s could make an iron supplement to address my anemia! 🙏🏽

This is the best vitamin d out there. I have tried many and this by far leaps and bounds is the best. It taste amazing just like strawberries & cream. Try some...you will be glad you did.
I love that its Liquid, and it taste really good. Me and My son Love it. I just dont like that its not filled to the top, its only half in the bottle for the price.
