Cozy Fall Flavor, Ready When You Wake Up: Apple, cinnamon and maple are basically fall’s greatest hits for overnight oats with flax oil.
These overnight oats bring them together in an easy make-ahead breakfast, with Barlean’s Organic Fresh Flax Oil stirred in after chilling. That means no heating the flax oil - just a simple way to add flax-derived ALA omega-3s to a breakfast you were already going to enjoy.
