Everything Good About Fall, in One Autumn Harvest Grain Bowl
Warm roasted squash. Crisp apple. Chewy grains. Tart cranberries. Crunchy pumpkin seeds.
We could stop there...but the apple-cider dressing made with Barlean’s Organic Lignan Flax Oil ties the whole thing together with a slightly nutty finish - and goes on after the warm ingredients have finished cooking.

Why Lignan Flax Oil Works Here
Barlean’s Organic Lignan Flax Oil has a more noticeable, nutty profile that fits especially well with apple, squash and grains. The current product directions also specifically recommend mixing it into salad dressings, oatmeal or smoothies and advise shaking well to distribute flax particulate.
