Natural goodness

I really like this product for the natural nutrients that support women’s health, especially as we age. I’ve been using this product 3 months now and have noticed improvement with my skin and nails. The gel caps are easy to swallow but sometimes leak in the container. I recommend ordering directly from Barlean’s to guarantee freshness.

Great product!

My fingernails split and peel in winter but not this year! For the first time, no change with the weather. My nails are strong and much healthier. Yay.
