Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- juice of ½ lime + zest
- 1 tbsp Barlean’s Key Lime Pie Fish Oil
- 1 tbsp Barlean's Chia Seeds
- ice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk of choice

- 1 cup orange juice (or half OJ/half water)
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp Barlean’s Tropical Liquid Multivitamin
- pinch of ginger

Ingredients:
