Barlean's Fall Oatmeal Recipe

 ¾ cup quick oats

¾ cup milk of your choice

¾ cup water

1 heaping tablespoon of Barlean’s Digestive Seed Blend

1 tablespoon brown sugar

½ teaspoon pumpkin spice mix

1 tablespoon Barlean’s Lignans Flax Oil


1) In a saucepan, combine rolled oats and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender and the mixture has thickened, about 5-7 minutes. 

2) Stir in Barlean's Digestive Seed Blend, pumpkin spice blend and brown sugar. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

3) Place into a serving bowl and top with Barlean’s Organic Lignan Flax Oil and stir.

4) Serve hot, topped with fresh fruits of your choice. Enjoy the warm, comforting flavors of fall in every spoonful!
